2 pounds chicken wings or drummies
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup barbeque sauce
You can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts. I’ve made it with whole chicken legs, skin on. It makes a great appetizer using chicken wings or just the little drummies.
Wash your chicken and dry well with paper towels. I use kitchen shears to snip off any excess fat, because who needs it?
Place in a 9 X 13 baking dish. Mix up the sauce and pour over the chicken, turning to coat. Bake at 350 for about 45-60 minutes, or until done.
If the sauce isn’t thick enough, pour it off into a sauce pan and boil for a couple of minutes until thickened, then pour back over the chicken and toss to coat before serving. It’s really sweet and pretty potent, so it pairs well with just plain white rice.
