Yet another use for Chex cereal. Pretty tasty stuff when you need a quick snacky thing.
8 cups Corn Chex
6 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons taco seasoning (one packet)
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Melt the butter in the microwave in a 9 X 13 baking dish then mix in the taco seasoning. Stir in the cereal, then microwave one minute. Stir and microwave one more minute.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese and microwave one minute. Stir, then microwave one final minute.
Cool, then store in an airtight container or ziplock bag. Be sure while you’re stirring the mix, you eat any morsels that jump ship. Just to tidy up.
