Caramel Corn

Best ever! Perfect for movie night!

8 quarts popped corn

1 cup butter

2 cups packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup light corn syrup

1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Over medium heat, combine the butter, sugar, salt & corn syrup. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the baking soda really well. Pour over the pop corn and stir to coat.

Bake in a large roaster for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes, then spread out onto parchment or waxed paper to cool. Stir in zip lock bags, or an air tight container.
