Chocolate Kahlua Bundt Cake

This is a good old favorite I trot out every once in a while. It’s really moist and super chocolaty, and the Kahlua gives is a little extra somthin’.

1 chocolate cake mix

1 3-3/4 oz package of chocolate instant pudding

2 cups sour cream

4 eggs

3/4 cup Kahlua

6 oz chocolate chips (I like the mini chips)

Beat everything except for the chocolate chips together, then stir in the chips. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes, until it tests clean. After it cools, you can dust with powdered sugar, or add a chocolate glaze

Chocolate Glaze:

3/4 cup chocolate chips

3 Tablespoons butter

1 Tablespoon light corn syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla

Melt together in a double boiler over hot but not boiling water, then stir in the vanilla.

Drizzle over the cake, letting it run down the sides.
