Orange Juice Cake

TBT the orange flavor in this cake is really subtle. You get more cinnamon flavor than anything. But it’s a really moist and delicious coffee cake, and quick to throw together.

1 pkg yellow cake mix, no pudding in the mix (Duncan Hines)

1 package vanilla instant pudding, 3.4 oz

3/4 cup oil

3/4 cup orange juice

4 eggs

1/4 cup sugar

2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped nuts

Mix the cinnamon and sugar together, and divide in half. Mix the nuts into one half of the cinnamon & sugar mixture.

Coat a bundt pan with butter, shortening, or cooking spray, and sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture without nuts over the inside of the pan.

Beat the rest of the ingredients together until smooth, about two minutes. Pour half of the batter into the pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon, sugar and nut mixture over the top, then add the remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
