Garlic Green Beans

1 lb green beans

1 tsp salt

8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1/2 c onion, thinly sliced

1 T cooking oil

3 T soy sauce

1 T sesame oil

Put 1 tsp salt in a large pot of water, and boil the beans for seven minutes, then drain

Fry the garlic in 1 T cooking oil until lightly browned, then add the onion and green beans. Continue cooking until the onions are cooked and carmelized. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
